The Supreme Court’s 2020 decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, which extended Title VII reach to sexual orientation and gender identity, was a tremendous victory for LGBTQ rights. But the fight for LGBTQ worker justice is far from over. This panel will explore the hurdles that remain for workplace equity, including an outdated Title VII, forced arbitration, enforcement gaps, and the looming threat of religious exemptions. It will also explore how LGBTQ workers across the country are organizing to make change.
