Raymond Wendell is an attorney at Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho, a boutique litigation firm in Oakland, California. Ray represents plaintiffs in wage-and-hour, employment discrimination, disability access, and consumer rights class actions. Ray was recently selected as a Law360 Rising Star. He has spoken on panels and authored publications on topics ranging from trucking law to LGBT+ rights. Previously, he clerked for the Honorable Marilyn L. Huff in the Southern District of California. In 2013, Ray graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. He is a 2007 graduate of Georgetown University. In his free time, Ray enjoys camping, running, and playing banjo.
