Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair

Since its inception in 1988, Lavender Law® has served as a ‘family reunion’ for LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals to both look back at our shared history and to look forward to the future of the legal profession. The Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair is the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country with approximately 1700 attendees attending annually. Our Top Sponsors

By becoming a sponsor of the LGBT Bar’s largest event of the year, your organization will have the opportunity to demonstrate its support of LGBT diversity in the legal profession as well as your commitment to the LGBTQ+ community. Sponsors have access to a large and diverse forum to showcase company activities and learn about others’ ideas for improving diversity demographics relating to self-identified LGBTQ+ attorneys.

Career Fair

The National LGBT Bar Association’s annual Lavender Law® Career Fair is designed to achieve a sense of community and inclusion for LGBTQ+ candidates within the legal profession’s recruiting efforts. By participating in this career fair, candidates will talk directly to LGBTQ+ friendly recruiters from law firms, government agencies, LGBTQ+ rights groups, and corporate legal departments. If your organization wishes to recruit at the Lavender Law® Career Fair, you must register as a sponsor.
