Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair

Since its inception in 1988, Lavender Law® has served as a ‘family reunion’ for LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals to both look back at our shared history and to look forward to the future of the legal profession. The Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair is the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country with approximately 1700 attendees attending annually.

Career Fair

The National LGBT Bar Association’s annual Lavender Law® Career Fair is designed to achieve a sense of community and inclusion for LGBTQ+ candidates within the legal profession’s recruiting efforts. By participating in this Career Fair, candidates will talk directly to LGBTQ+ friendly recruiters from law firms, government agencies, LGBTQ+ rights groups, and corporate legal departments. If your organization wishes to recruit at the Lavender Law® Career Fair, you must register as a sponsor.

For Students and Those Seeking Individual Career Counseling

We had over 700 law students and over 150 law firms, nonprofits, and government agencies interested in diversity registered for our 2020 virtual career fair.

Sponsor Opportunities

July 28-30, 2021, the National LGBT Bar Association will bring more than 1,700 corporate counsel, legal professionals and law students together for the largest gathering of LGBTQ+ legal professionals in North America.

Join us as a sponsor to connect with in-house counsel, build your brand  and support our work to promote LGBTQ+ equality across the legal profession .

The event will include three days of lively panel discussions, networking, and the largest career fair with more than 700 law students.

Sponsors will have great opportunities to network and forge new relationships by actively participating in the program.
