The Finance Committee is a collaborative effort between the Association and Foundation to provide both Boards with the opportunity to monitor the financials of the organization. The committee reviews monthly financial statements and as well as the proposed annual budget for the following fiscal year. From time to time, the Committee also recommends new policies or procedures, or changes to existing policies and procedures, in order to further the LGBT Bar’s commitment to providing the highest levels of fiscal governance.
